What are your operating hours?
Because of the nature of our business we don’t operate set hours. We understand that we need to be as flexible as possible and will therefore do our best to fit in with your time-frames. We understand that the house needs to be cleared asap because you’ve got a viewing much sooner than anticipated or you need to clear trade waste before the 2nd fix team arrive on-site at 8:00 am. We get it….. and we’ll do our best to meet those challenges.
Can I remain onsite while you do the clearance?
Yes, you can stay and watch but we will insist that you follow our instructions in order for you to remain safe at all times.
What happens to the items you remove?
Great question, we do our best to ensure as much as possible is re-cycled, re-purposed or donated to local charity groups who can make use of it. We aim to send as little as possible to land-fill.
Are you a registered waste carrier?
Absolutely! We are registered with the Environment Agency as a Tier 1 waste carrier. Our Registration Number is CBDU614128.
What don’t you do?
Domestic food waste.
Hazardous chemical waste.
Regular bin collections.
